Our product line XPACT PRODUCTION enables companies in the production and manufacturing sector to fully automate the processing of orders and order confirmations.
Using our self-developed AI, we can extract the information required for intelligent document processing (IDP) from documents, completely independently of the layout. We also offer validation and enrichment of the information with data from the company’s system. The person responsible is then only informed that the document has been successfully processed and filed.

This is how the fully automated processing of ORDERS works:

Incoming orders are automatically filtered out by means of classification.
Without being affected by our software, the other incoming documents are forwarded to the relevant departments.

The information required by the company is read from the order (e.g. customer number, quantity, price, etc.).

In the next step, the information read out is checked for accuracy and completeness. The data is then compared with the company’s system and, if necessary, enriched with information from the master data.

If all the information is correct and complete, it is stored in the company's existing ERP system/DMS.
If the information is not correct, the document has to be processed manually by the person responsible. If desired, the person can also be notified by e-mail when the document has been successfully processed and filed.
In addition or instead, an automatic e-mail can be sent to the author to supplement the data.
